Sandar. Thin-air low gravity world, inhabited by 40,000 (primarily Martians). Lacks a centralized governing authority or strict laws, resulting in a chaotic societal structure where various factions vie for control. There are no starports, and Neller cargo vessels land on bare rock on a schedule to buy ore and sell supplies. All such ships have high security.
